Yvonne’s love of nutrition was ignited in the home economics class at school, after a childhood of fussy eating. She become a nutritionist following a stint as a food technologist, whose nutritional sound bites were often sought by popular magazines. When it comes to nutrition Yvonne believes that we need to keep it simple, keep it natural but above all, we need to love our food. In her view it is great food that keeps our mind, body and spirit looking and feeling great. Yvonne lives in Barnes, loves yoga and cycles everywhere.
