Can I get a refund if I do not like the program?

Yes - if you are not happy you can get a full refund at any time during the first 10 days of the program.

I have a lot of weight to lose and it is going to take me several months to reach my goal. How can Ways of Eating help me?

If you have a lot of weight to lose, you may want to do several programs one after another. This works well in our experience.

Alternatively, you might find that after one program you have successfully established a new way of eating, and you prefer to continue losing weight without any more paid programs. That’s fine by us.

Can I change my coach?

Yes, we can change your coach. Contact us at support@waysofeating.com

Can I do more than one program?

You can only do one 12 week program at a time. But you can do the program as many times as you like. This is especially useful if you have a lot of weight to lose.

Can I exercise while I am on the program?

Absolutely. Exercise is good.
