Do It Yourself program without coaching: £10 for the 12-week program
The Ways of Eating app guides you through changing your Way of Eating to achieve a healthy diet and lasting weight loss. The DIY package includes a photo Food Log, full access to our Library of information and peer support in our private chat Groups. Our customisable Trackers log your weight and measurements as well as monitor your wellbeing.
Choose Your Way coached program: £79 for the 12-week program
In addition to everything in our Do It Yourself package, your personal Coach contacts you weekly to provide feedback on your food log and weight loss. Your Coach will also answer any questions that you have. This is our best package for the budget conscious.
Design Your Way coached program: £139 for for the 12-week program
In addition to everything in our Do It Yourself package, your personal Coach contacts you 2-3 times per week to customise the program to you, answer any questions, and provide feedback and accountability. You and your Coach will work together to create your own personal Ways of Eating Blueprint for you to use when the program ends.
Tailor Your Way coached program: £199 for the 12-week program
In addition to everything in our Do It Yourself package, on our tailored program you receive daily one-to-one coaching, advice and support from your Coach, who will be on hand five days a week. This is our ultimate package for people who are committed to losing weight by changing their Way of Eating and would like to benefit from intensive Coach support.
