8 Things to know about the program

  1. The program time is structured. Each day and each week you know exactly what you should be doing.
  2. Your friendly, knowledgeable program leader is there to guide you. She will help you, support you, teach you, and answer your questions.
  3. The Low Carb Program involves cutting out pasta, bread, rice, cakes, cookies, sugary drinks - and reducing alcohol to 2 days per week.
  4. You are part of a group on the same journey. Some people love the chat and support of a group and find it helps them succeed. Other people prefer to be private, and focus only on the app and the Leader.
  5. We provide you with a photo food log in the app. One click records each meal or snack. You review what you eat, keep track, see your eating habits for yourself.
  6. We provide educational materials to help you learn about nutrition, low carb eating, and how to change habits.
  7. The program is focused on helping you build new habits – so you can have a true way of eating.
  8. You track your progress in losing weight and feeling better. We help you celebrate your success. That’s our favourite part.

I think the 1:1 coaching is great. I love the daily feedback. I have a personal trainer at the gym and this is similar. If you can afford to spend the extra money, it makes a big difference IMO.



Yes - if you are not happy you can get a full refund at any time during the first 10 days of the program.
If you have a lot of weight to lose, you may want to do several programs one after another. This works well in our experience.

Alternatively, you might find that after one program you have successfully established a new way of eating, and you prefer to continue losing weight without any more paid programs. That’s fine by us.

You can only do one 12 week program at a time. But you can do the program as many times as you like. This is especially useful if you have a lot of weight to lose.
